A cycling tour will allow you to discover some of the beaten paths destinations that are equally beautiful and interesting. So while you are going to enjoy for about 4-5 hours our cycling tour, you'll be able to admire a beautiful old church covered by exquisite frescoes, you'll enjoy the tranquility of the Wallachian forests, and you are going to taste some good Romanian wines.

CYCLING TOUR NEAR BUCHAREST

At 9 AM, you'll be picked up from Bucharest. The meeting point is located next to the Memorial of the Rebirth Monument. Free private transfer can be offered to those who request it. In about one hour, you'll reach the destination where the cycling tour begins. Located in a rural area, the cycling path will take you to the Wallachian forests, once known for covering large parts of the area.

The tour includes one of the most beautiful monasteries from the southern part of Romania. The monastery is hidden by a dense forest and boasts a stone church covered by exquisite frescoes. Also, you'll ride through the rural area near Bucharest, a very interesting and not tourist region.

Before the finish of the tour, you'll enjoy a wine tasting. It includes three types of local Romanian wines (not included in the price; 10Euros/person).

The tour will finish in Bucharest at the exact location where it started.

Bikes

You can bring your bicycle or get one from us for free. We provide 27.5 inches hardtail bicycles in medium and large sizes. They come with Shimano 27-speed gearing and Shimano hydraulic disk breaks.

Bike service during the tour

We provide essential repair services during the tour. We also carry spare tubes for the trip.

Safety

While cycling with us, it's mandatory to wear a helmet. You can bring your helmet or get one from us for free.

Water and food

During the tour, you should have a snack sandwich. If not, you can buy a snack or sandwich from a gas station along the way. In addition, we provide water for the cycling tour.
